📔Closed Beta

This page explains how to operate Closed Beta with actual game screens.

Notes

  1. Only accounts holding a specific NFT and parties on the Allow List, can play.

    • Hash Chip NFT

    • Genesis BOX/Hash

    • General BOX/Hash

    • Farm NFT

  2. The game is intended for use in a PC browser environment. It is not intended to be played on smartphones or tablets.

  3. Play content will not be carried over to future releases.

  4. Updates may be made in real time.

  5. Content may take time to load when first launching or updating, etc. Playing in a Wi-Fi environment is recommended.

  6. This time, start with no Monster on hand.

  7. Some items can be purchased using test OAS on Sand Verse; get the OAS from Faucet.

  8. The Closed Beta is scheduled to be available for 4 weeks (until August 28, 2024).

Overall Flow

  1. First, go to the Monster Association and obtain a Monster through Regeneration.

  2. Once you have a Monster, proceed to the Farm UI and place your Monster on the Farm to begin raising.

  3. After you have raised your Monster to some extent, challenge the Tournament on the Farm UI.

    • The in-game currency "BIT" will decrease in the process of training. Challenge tournaments as needed to earn BIT.

    • Winning an official match held in the fourth week of March, June, September, and December of in-game time will increase Monster's Rank.

    • Monsters can only challenge tournaments that match their Rank, and as their Rank increases, so does the strength of their opponents, so be sure to increase your Rank systematically.

    • Free Battle on the Home screen allows you to test your strength without penalty. Please make use of it.

  4. Try raising various Monsters. This time, we are holding a campaign where scores are calculated and competed based on the Overall Ability of your Monsters, the number of Monsters you have obtained, and the number of tournaments you have won.

Differences from Closed Alpha and Key Points to Note

1. No Initial Monsters

As noted, this time you will not start with any initial Monsters. You can regenerate Monsters from your existing NFTs at the Monster Association. If you do not have NFTs(Only Ethereum is supported in Closed Beta) on a supported chain, you can also regenerate Monsters from Random Hashes.

When regenerating from a regular NFT, the Monster generated from that NFT remains fixed until it is reset. However, with Random Hashes, the Monster generated is random each time.

Normally, regenerating a Monster requires OAS, but all players will be given 100 Regeneration Tickets, which allow for free Monster regeneration. Make sure to check the ticket checkbox during regeneration to enjoy this feature.

2. Initial Farms and Slots

In Closed Alpha, you had one Farm for each of the 7 types of terrain, but in Closed Beta, you will start with only one Basic Farm (an initial Farm with no terrain effects). If you want additional Farms, you can obtain testnet OAS from the Faucet and purchase them in the Shop.

Additionally, you will start with only one Farm slot, meaning you can initially train and participate in tournaments with only one Monster. As you win official matches, your player rank will increase, allowing you to unlock more slots (which requires BIT).

3. Player Rank Restrictions

As mentioned, certain features will unlock as your player rank increases. In Closed Beta, the following features will be unlocked as you raise your player rank:

  • Win an official F-rank match: Unlock the Fusion feature.

  • Win an official E-rank match: Unlock one Farm expansion and the Coach feature.

  • Win an official D-rank match: Unlock the Crystallization feature.

  • Win an official C-rank match: Unlock one Farm expansion (up to the limit).
