気候変動/環境汚染/食糧不足/資源不足、様々な要因により地球の環境は悪化の一途をたどっていた。これに対し、一部の人類は肉体を捨てて電脳世界で生活し、地球環境の改善を待つことを選択する。 ***

電脳世界はAIにより管理され、様々なテーマの舞台：Metaverseが混在する。この世界では肉体からの制約から解放され、各々が好きなロールを楽しんでいた。しかし、電脳世界とはいえ一定の縛りは存在する。電脳体として活動するには、演算や記録リソースが必要となる。そのため、日々の活動で有能さを認められるとより多くのリソースを割り当てられ、その逆に割り当てを少なくされることもある。 ***

電脳世界でのMetaverseの一つ、この世界ではMonster育成をテーマとしてゲーミフィケーションされていた。住人はトレーナーとなり、競い合うことで有能さを示す。今日もまた、新しいトレーナーが訪れる。
