# Game on Public Blockchain

前述のとおり、BCGの大きな特徴の一つにプレイ中の行動が資産価値を生むという点が挙げられます。しかし特徴はそれだけでは無く、Public Blockchainを利用してプロジェクトを進める利点は多くあります。

* **アセットの自己管理**
* **コンポーザビリティ**
* **インターオペラビリティ**

ただし、現状のテクノロジーではまだすべての利点をGameに応用することは、UXにおいて現実的ではありません（処理・通信の問題でパフォーマンスが落ちるため）。そこで、私たちが特に着目したところはコンポーザビリティとインターオペラビリティです。この２点は、Public Blockchainでの大きな特徴となっています。

Blockchain上の資産は、ユーザーが保有するアカウント（ウォレット）に所有権が紐づけられています。これの面白いところは、様々なアプリケーションを跨いで使えるというところです。例えば、AのGameの資産をBのGameで使うということが可能となります。

既存のGameではサーバーのデータベースが分かれているため、このようなコンポーザビリティやインターオペラビリティを発揮することは難しくなっています。Public Blockchainでは、利用者が共通の大きなデータベースを利用しているような状態になるため、様々なアプリケーションを跨いで殆ど自由にデータを使用できます。これは大きなメリットと言えるでしょう。しかし、実際には多くのBCGで独自のアセットを使用するだけにとどまり、Public Blockchainを使う利点を生かし切れていません。

Re.Monsterでは、Onchain上の多くのNFTを活用することが可能となります。これには、発行するだけで終わったNFTや、Metadataが消えて何も画像がない状態になってしまい、価値が無くなってしまった物も含まれます。つまり、私たちのBCGでは様々なNFTの価値を再発見することができるようになるのです。
